Energo Mala Tsarkva Holiday Home is located in the village of Mala Tsarkva, Samokov municipality, on the bank of Levi Iskar River.

The holiday home is close to one of the largest winter resorts in our country. Borovets Holiday Resort is 15 km away, with three ski centres - Borovets, Yastrebets and Markudjik. The Resort is a starting point for the areas of Sokolets, Chernata Skala, Chakar Voivoda  hut and Sitnyakovo.

There is another holiday resort 15 km away from the holiday home- Malyovitsa Resort,  which is famous for both its ski runs and the most difficult mountaineering routes. The resort has 3 ski runs equipped with two drag lifts for children and three drag lifts for adults. Here you can also visit lakes which are the most beautiful lakes after the Seven Rila Lakes.

25 km away from the holiday home you can also visit a sports & entertainment park called Belchin Bani and the village of Belchin, famous for its mineral springs. Beli Iskar Village is  5 km away and there you can enjoy rural tourism and a newly built  eco path.  


The holiday home is equipped with 76 beds in a main building with 10 double rooms, 1 single room and 9 suites. The holiday home also has 3 bungalows and 6 suites in two villas. All rooms have southern view terraces, LED TV and minibars.


There is a conference hall with 50 seats.

The restaurant has a capacity of 80 seats indoors and 40 seats outdoors.

The holiday home offers entertainments to its guests, such as table tennis, billiards, a football field, volleyball playground, children’s playground and ski storage and rental facilities.  

Reception is open from 07:30 until 22:00.

Other places of interest you can visit in the area are: Tsarska Bistrica Palace, Samokov  Historical Museum, Tsari Mali Grad, Saragyol Palace, the Ethnographic Exposition in Dolna Banya,  Rila Monastery  “St. John of Rila”. The village of Govedartsi situated along Cherni Iskar River is 5 km away from the holiday home. Every year the village organizes fairs associated with Christian holidays: St. George's Day, held at the monastery of St. George, Todorov Day - horse races are held, St. Trinity - official fair of the village. Govedartsi is the starting point of routes to Vada hut, Mechit hut, Lovna hut, Malyovitsa hut and Malyovitsa mountain school. After Vada hut you can reach the Seven Rila Lakes. After Mechit hut you can reach the Kobilino Branishte shelter, and from the Malyovitsa Complex you can go to the Scary Lake circus, where there is a shelter.
